Because many of our products are handmade:

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Risk transfers to you once the item is given to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable

  • Certain items (including crystals, herbs, and oils) are final sale

Participation in workshops, classes, or in-store activities is voluntary.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses except where required by law.

Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
