At Wicked Highland Creative, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted or carefully curated. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Final on Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns on Non-Custom Items

We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.

We may offer:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Photos may be required for verification.

Workshops & Experiences

All class, workshop, and experience bookings are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your spot to someone else, or

  • Request to move to a future class (when available)

Crystals, Herbs, and Holistic Products

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
